We\’re on the lookout for a bright and enthusiastic QS OR Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor (looking for their first intermediate QS role), eager to dive into a variety of development projects. Location:
You\’ll be based in Westerham, collaborating closely with our Principal Quantity Surveyor on an exciting array of residential and commercial projects. Expect a full-time on-site commitment, including regular site visits for most projects.
Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate has:

Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree.

At least 24 months of quantity surveying experience within a consultancy or cost management firm, with a solid grasp of UK construction practices.

Proficiency in measurements and a strong understanding of NRM.

Knowledge of cost planning and project management.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for effective interaction with clients, contractors, and other professionals.

Experience in pre and post-contract cost management within the built environment.
