About the Role:Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Oxford and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.

  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.

  • Monitor project progress and budget, and report regularly to senior management.
