The main purpose of this role is to coordinate and assist with the delivery, setup, and removal of mobile and relocatable medical units across hospital sites in the UK. As a member of the Customer Solutions Project Management team, your key responsibilities will be:

• Assist with the setup and relocation of medical units.
• Inventory control in storage facility.
• Support unit handovers.
• Support with site surveys and assist with project planning.
• Attend customer sites as and when required.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Strong practical mindset with the ability to manage small on-site repairs independently (not of specialist medical equipment).
• Capable of overseeing site setup and set down - including coordinating with logistics providers.
• Organised and detail-oriented when preparing units before deployment.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting colleagues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and professional under pressure, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced operational environments.
• A collaborative spirit, able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• The ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities while maintaining high-quality output.
• A full UK / EU driving licence is essential.
