Agincare is recruiting an Ofsted Registered Manager for our new children's residential home in Wolverhampton. You will lead and develop the provision, supporting children with learning disabilities and other complex needs, and ensure outstanding care from day one.
You will manage teams of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, uphold safeguarding standards and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement and exemplary practice across the service.
