We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive support workers who have great people skills and can support individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.
Where You’ll Be Working: Cranford Avenue, Weymouth – 2 supported living services supporting 8 individuals with autism and complex needs to live independently within the local community.

Required: A minimum of 12 months on your right to work.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities:
- Encourage people to play active roles in their communities and promote independence.
- Support activities of daily living including social activities, personal care, routines, meal preparation and budgeting.
- Communicate effectively using people’s chosen methods.
- Engage and motivate people to enhance their quality of life.
- Apply positive behavioural support approaches with those who require specialised support.
- Keep accurate records and report changes in health or circumstances to management.
- Work as part of a team and also use your own initiative.
