The Role Of a Care Assistant
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
- Assist with medication administration and recording.
- Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
- Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
- Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
About You
- Experience in care is required for this role
- Compassionate, patient and great with people
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
- Opportunities Available:
- Care Assistant at 48 hours per week working a mixture of day and night shifts to include alternative weekends
- Four 12 hour shifts per week
- Day shifts are 8am to 8pm and nights shifts are 8pm to 8am
- Bank Care Assistant to have the flexibility to work as and when required to include day, night and weekend shifts
- Day shifts are 8am to 8pm and nights shifts are 8pm to 8am
- Previous experience working within a care home is required for the bank role
