We're looking for

  • Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
  • At least 2 years experience in social care
  • QCF Level 2 (or above)
  • 40 hours per week (day shifts)
  • Availability to work alternate weekends

Your role

  • Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
  • Support residents with personal care and daily living
  • Encourage independence and wellbeing
  • Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
  • Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
  • Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
  • Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in social care and a minimum QCF Level 2 qualification are required. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.
