From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, You'll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most. Your role:
- Provide person-centred support and personal care
- Encourage activities and meaningful experiences
- Support communication in a way that works for them
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
- Promote independence, safety, and wellbeing
A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust - Experienced required
- A team player who values consistency
- A Full UK driving licence
- At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
