Agincare is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Business Partner to lead recruitment for our Head Office and salaried roles across a defined business area. This is a key role where you’ll make a real impact — partnering closely with senior leaders, shaping hiring strategies, and ensuring we attract and retain the best professional and specialist talent to support our continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand short- and long-term recruitment needs for Head Office and salaried positions.
- Design and deliver tailored attraction, sourcing, and assessment strategies for professional, specialist, and management roles.
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through market mapping, headhunting, networking, and talent pooling.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, embedding recruitment best practice and improving hiring capability.
- Provide regular insights and updates on recruitment campaigns, pipelines, time-to-hire, and market trends.
- Screen and assess candidates for skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from application through to offer and onboarding.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing external talent markets, recruitment methods, and employer branding activity.
