Agincare Gosport is opening a brand-new supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. We seek an experienced Deputy Manager to lead operations, mobilise the new service, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
You will support the Registered Manager, oversee staff rotas, budgets, and compliance with KPIs. You will have leadership experience in care, demonstrable knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and IT skills, including Word and Excel.
