We’re Looking For
- Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
- Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
- A Senior Care Assistant to work 42 hours per week to from 8am to 8pm to include alternative weekends
- A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
Your Role
- Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
- Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Contribute to and review care plansLead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
- Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
