Agincare is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a brand-new supported living service at Oldland Common. You will lead a small team delivering safe, structured, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, working closely with the Registered Manager to shape practice on day one.
You will oversee staffing, ensure PBS-informed approaches, manage risk and build strong MDT collaboration, with a focus on independence and community living outcomes.
