Agincare is launching a brand-new supported living service in Gosport. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to provide operational leadership, mobilise the service and deliver high-quality person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
You will report to the Registered Manager, oversee staff, ensure regulatory KPIs are met, manage rotas and budgets, and promote independence and positive outcomes while embedding Agincare's values across the service.
