Agincare is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to lead a care team in one of our UK care homes. You will ensure safe, person-centred care, supervise staff induction, drive audits and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
You will partner with the Registered Manager and liaise with families, social care professionals and residents to deliver compassionate care. The role requires an active NMC pin, a QCF level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care, and proven leadership of care teams.
