Overview In this role you will lead a small residential home for adults with learning disabilities and autism, shaping a safe, well-led environment. You will manage and develop the staff team, uphold safeguarding standards, and ensure care is genuinely person-centred and outcomes-focused. You will drive continuous improvement, maintain CQC compliance, and support recruitment and induction. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop the service, applying positive behaviour support and trauma-informed practice to create calm, nurturing environments.
