  • Experience in a professional kitchen and an understanding of kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or experience supporting complex dietary requirements is desirable
  • This role is two 8 hour shifts per week working from 7.00am - 3.00pm on a two week rolling rota as follows:
  • Week 1: Saturday and Sunday
  • Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday

About the role

Whether its crafting delicious meals that meet individual dietary needs, creating themed dining experiences that bring the home to life, or simply serving a favourite dish that reminds someone of home, youll be making a real difference every day. Using your culinary skills and food knowledge, youll help create daily menus, support the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times.   • Experience in a professional kitchen and an understanding of kitchen operations, Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or experience supporting complex dietary requirements is desirable, A minimum of 12 months on your right to work.
