How you’ll make a difference
- Bring energy, creativity and fun into daily life for our residents
- Plan engaging activities, games, quizzes, crafts & one-to-one moments
- Organise events like BBQs and Christmas parties
- Arrange visits from entertainers & local businesses
- Support movement and independence through fun physical activities
- Lead social outings and in-home activities for all abilities
All You Need Is
- A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
- Maternity cover with the availability to commit to 30 hours per week until March 2027
- Rota:
- Week 1: Monday 9-5, Wednesday 9-5, Thursday 9-5,Friday 10-4 Week 2: Wednesday 9-5,Friday 10-4, Saturday 9-5, Sunday 9-5
- A warm, creative, people-focused personality
- To be confident outgoing, bubbly and able to work on your own and with the team and residents, organise activities and think of new ideas
- You do not necessarily have to of had experience in this role, however this is a Dementia care home, so you will also need to have an understanding of Dementia care
