Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at Beaufort Park Retirement Village in Burnham-on-Sea. You will lead the care team, support residents with personal care and daily living, and help create a warm, safe home environment.
The role requires at least 2 years in social care, 12 months right to work in the UK, QCF Level 2+, and 40 hours per week with day shifts and alternate weekends. We offer £14 per hour, funded training up to Level 5, pension, and on-demand pay.
