Agincare is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager for our newly established children’s residential home in Basildon, Essex. You will lead and develop a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, ensuring safe, high-quality care for children with learning disabilities and complex needs.
You will ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and safeguarding standards, embed best practice from the outset, and act as a corporate parent to the children under your care.
