Agincare is seeking a Home Care Registered Manager to lead our Care at Home service in Worthing. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality, compliant care for vulnerable clients in a team environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
- Management qualification at QCF Level 4 or equivalent, or willingness to work toward this qualification
- QCF Level 4 or higher in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Previous registration in a home‑care service preferable
- Demonstrable up‑to‑date knowledge of the care sector, regulatory framework and running a home‑care service
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Experience working with vulnerable client groups
- Availability to meet required hours and shifts
Responsibilities
- Ensure clients understand their care and treatment choices, promoting choice, dignity and individuality
- Review and adapt care plans to meet clients’ physical and mental health needs in collaboration with clients, staff and external professionals
- Conduct audits to assess service quality and take swift remedial action where necessary
- Implement effective risk assessments to protect client needs
- Induct new staff and provide ongoing training, motivation, supervision and support for existing staff
- Handle disciplinary and formative actions against staff members as required
- Staff the service to cover client care calls, maintaining contingency plans for absences
- Investigate complaints regarding safeguarding, abuse or service delivery, and ensure duty of candour notifications are sent to relevant parties
