About you
- Organised, people‑focused and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate care services and client schedules.
- Match carers with clients to meet individual needs.
- Support the setup of new care packages.
- Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care.
- Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
- Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.
- Participate in the on‑call rota when required.
- Willingness to cover the on‑call phone (additional pay provided).
