About you

  • Organised, people‑focused and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care services and client schedules.
  • Match carers with clients to meet individual needs.
  • Support the setup of new care packages.
  • Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care.
  • Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
  • Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.
  • Participate in the on‑call rota when required.
  • Willingness to cover the on‑call phone (additional pay provided).
