Field Care Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced care professional to join the Agincare family as a Field Care Supervisor in Witney.
Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for day‑to‑day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff.
- Monitor and check the health and well‑being of clients and staff using face‑to‑face visits, telephone calls and care record monitoring.
- Undertake assessments and re‑assessments of care needs, and risk‑manage clients to ensure care plans reflect their needs and are person‑centred.
- Ensure arrangements are in place to safeguard clients against abuse, and that staff receive appropriate training and support to deliver care safely.
- Conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members to review competency and promote personal development.
- Provide on‑call support and may be required to work some weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Diverse experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level.
- Well‑organised, self‑motivated, and able to work 40 hours per week including weekends.
