Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can really make a difference? We are looking for an experienced care professional to join the Agincare family as a Care Team Leader at our care home in Buckinghamshire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship, support, communication and engagement with residents.
  • Assist with personal care such as washing, bathing, dressing and oral care.
  • Help residents maintain mobility and independence.
  • Plan and participate in social activities, trips out and other engagements in collaboration with the Activities Coordinator and management.
  • Support and oversee medication administration, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation relevant to residents is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with other health and social care professionals to provide access to care.
  • Hold line-manager responsibilities for care and senior care assistants; act as Deputy and Registered Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
  • Minimum of two years experience working in a social care environment.
  • Qualified to at least QCF level 2.
  • Available to work up to 42 hours per week, including night shifts.
  • Will be available to work alternate weekends.
