This is 2 supported living services on Cranford Avenue supporting 8 individuals with autism and complex needs to live independently within the local community.
Role Overview
We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.
The services offer supported living, encouraging and enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and accessing the local community and facilities.

Responsibilities
- Encourage people to play active roles in the communities in which they live, to foster independence.
- Support activities of daily living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.
- Communicate effectively using people’s chosen methods.
- Engage – promote and motivate people we support to enhance their quality of life.
- Specialise – support people who may need positive behavioural support approaches.
- Record keeping – keep accurate records and report changes in health or circumstances of service users to management.
- Team player – work as part of a team and also be able to act using your own initiative.
