The role of a Care Assistant
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents
- Assist with medication administration and recording
- Support residents with daily living activities and routines
- Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship
- Help enrich residents\' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement
- Promote residents\' dignity, independence, and well-being
- Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
About you
- You don\'t need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.
- Compassionate, patient and great with people
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
- 42 hours per week, 8am to 8pm on a two-week rolling rota (including alternate weekends) – maternity cover
- Day payrate £12.85 per hour
