Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting is essential.
- 35 hours per week
- Prior knowledge of food safety and COSHH
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with empathy towards others

- Support the chef to create healthy and balanced meals and snacks, ensuring a good understanding of various dietary requirements and allergens
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen area, with good levels of hygiene in line with COSHH regulations and health and safety protocols
- Work as a team player, but also be able to work alone when needed, effectively managing your time
- Offer support, communication, and engagement to the residents
A Day in the Life of a Kitchen Assistant:
- Support the chef to create healthy/balanced meals and snacks, ensuring a good understanding of various dietary requirements and allergens.

About You: You don't have to have worked in care before; a previous role in a different catering environment is great for someone willing to learn. We'd like you to have some prior knowledge of food safety and COSHH. You will be a caring, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to show empathy to the needs of others.
