We are recruiting a Registered Manager! This role has responsibility for the CQC regulated supported living services offered by Agincare Enable in the Southampton and Gosport areas. The Registered Manager will have overall operational oversight of the services and will directly line manage the staff team. The postholder will report to their Operations Manager and will work closely with them to ensure the delivery of a safe, effective, and high-quality service.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Outstanding Care - Ensuring individuals receive personalised support that promotes independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion, with care plans that reflect their evolving needs.
  • Driving Quality & Compliance - Overseeing CQC registration and ensuring that all services meet regulatory and statutory requirements, maintaining safe, effective, and well‑led services at all times.
  • Leading & Developing Teams - Providing day‑to‑day leadership to the staff team, ensuring effective management, clear direction, and ongoing support to maintain high standards of care and support delivery.
  • Ensuring Accountability - Managing safeguarding concerns, incidents, and complaints, while working closely with the Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement and ensure ongoing compliance across the service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager
  • Ability to demonstrate experience of working with individuals with a learning disability, Autism and / or additional support needs.
  • Strong understanding of the adult social care sector and relevant regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements.
  • Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to effectively oversee a service, recruit and maintain a staff team.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and decision‑making skills.
  • A flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service.
  • A minimum of 12 months remaining on your Right to work in the UK.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
