Are you an experienced care professional looking for a new challenge? Join the Agincare family as a Senior Care Assistant at Norton Lees Care Home. In this bank (zero‑hour) role you will provide person‑centred care for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing and oral care, respecting their preferences and promoting independence.
  • Contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure plans reflect residents’ needs.
  • Administer medication safely and in compliance with regulations.
  • Lead or participate in social activities, trips out and other engagements within the home.
  • Support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development; may be called on to lead the home in the absence of senior managers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.
  • Bank contract (zero‑hour) availability.
