Are you an experienced care professional looking for a new challenge? Join the Agincare family as a Senior Care Assistant at Norton Lees Care Home. In this bank (zero‑hour) role you will provide person‑centred care for residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing and oral care, respecting their preferences and promoting independence.
- Contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure plans reflect residents’ needs.
- Administer medication safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Lead or participate in social activities, trips out and other engagements within the home.
- Support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development; may be called on to lead the home in the absence of senior managers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.
- Bank contract (zero‑hour) availability.
