Position Overview
Senior Care Assistant (Nights) at Sunnymeade Care Home, Agincare.
Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care, including bathing, dressing and oral care, while promoting choice and independence.
- Contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure plans reflect residents’ needs.
- Administer residents’ medication safely and in a compliant manner.
- Lead or participate in social activities, trips out and other engagements within the home.
- Shadow or develop new starters and, where senior managers are unavailable, support leadership duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
- Bank contract position.
- Experience in a care setting is desirable.
