Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide compassionate, high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will mentor new team members, perform spot checks, and build strong relationships with clients and their families.
Flexibility to work 40 hours per week with shifts from 7am to 10pm, including alternating weekends, is required. A driving licence and NVQ Level 2 are preferred.
