Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can really make a difference? We are recruiting a Registered Nurse to join our team in Gloucestershire at Grevill House.
Working Hours and Shift: Full‑time, 36 hours per week. Night shift 8 pm to 8 am. Flexible to alternate weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Motivating, mentoring and developing a team of care staff to ensure residents’ clinical needs are met.
- Assisting residents with personal care according to individual care plans.
- Liaising with care home management, families, social workers, medical professionals and residents to ensure appropriate care provision.
- Administering and recording medication safely in line with company policy.
- Monitoring nutrition and hydration, updating nutrition plans as required.
- Monitoring residents for risk of pressure wounds and abnormalities in toilet output.
- Participating in and promoting resident activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
- Valid, current NMC pin without restrictions to practice.
- Evidence of recent clinical CPD.
- Experience working in a care home setting preferred.
