About the Role

Agincare is experiencing rapid growth, and with that comes exciting opportunities to strengthen our support teams. We’re now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Payroll Assistant to join our busy finance department and help deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll services.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Payroll, the Senior Payroll Assistant will be responsible for their own payrolls andwill also be responsible in supporting with payroll projects. They will also support colleagues in their ownwork and provide training when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end payroll processing
  • Working closely with the Head of Payroll and Assistant Payroll Manager in the delivery of project-based work
  • Third-party reporting, including Nest, Office of National Statistics, Court Orders and HMRCD
  • Deliver expert guidance on payroll processing, policies and procedures, develop and educatecurrent policies and procedures.
  • Deliver payroll-specific training to the team where required
  • Provide advice to queries as required, and support the team to be responsive and accurate in theirresponses.
  • Provide key data as require

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience in end to end payroll
  • Have a flexible approach to changing demands of the role.
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a deadline driven environment
  • Excellent IT Skills, especially Excel and receptive to technology changes.
  • CIPP Qualified, studying or willingness to study towards
