We’re looking for
- Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
- Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
- Night 36 hour night contract, including alternate weekends
- A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
Your role
- Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
- Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Contribute to and review care plans
- Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
- Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
