Agincare Weymouth is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to lead and support our care teams in the community.
You’ll visit clients, check in with staff, and ensure high‑quality care is delivered with confidence and compassion.
You’ll oversee care assessments, wellbeing, and safety while developing staff through supervision. A full UK driving licence and 40‑hour weeks incl. on‑call are required.
