We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor (in/at Location) who is passionate about supporting both our clients and our care teams, and who enjoys being out in the community, sharing a smile and ensuring everyone feels supported.

Responsibilities
- As a Field Care Supervisor, be a key point of support for both clients and care staff.
- Spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high‑quality care.
- Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
- Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients.
- Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision.
- Foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas.
- Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld.
- Take part in the on‑call rota, with some weekend working required.
Qualifications
- Experience in social care at a supervisory level
- A well‑organised, self‑motivated approach
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on‑call duties
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
