Join us as a Home Care Assistant and provide personal care to women, preserving their dignity and privacy. No experience necessary – we offer fully funded training and career development up to QCF level 5.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily routines and personal care needs.
  • Provide companionship and support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all clients.
  • Support clients during medication management and basic health monitoring under supervision.

Qualifications

  • Good people skills and strong empathy with a caring and compassionate nature.
  • Positive, professional team-working ethos.
  • Minimum of 12 months’ right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to work alternating weekends.
