We want you to help others live with dignity and joy in their own homes. Your work may include sharing a cup of tea, having a good chat, helping with daily routines and personal care, or simply being a friendly face that brightens a client's morning. You'll be giving more than care; you'll be giving connection.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily tasks, personal care, and companionship to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive, free training
  • Strong empathy and a caring, compassionate nature
  • Good people skills and a positive, professional team‐working ethos
  • Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK – no visa sponsorship available
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Alternating weekends required
