Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Female Waking Night Support Worker to provide 1:1 support in a young adult’s home, including personal care and daily living tasks.

You will work 10pm–9:30am or 3pm–10pm with shifts adjustable to availability in a small, dedicated team.

The role requires patience, observance of routines and building trust with the person supported.

Experience with learning disabilities is desirable, full training provided, and a driving licence is a plus but not essential.
