What we’re looking for

  • You’ll be someone who enjoys connecting with people and supporting others to do their best work.
  • Experience in social care at a supervisory level, or a strong desire to progress to such a role
  • Ideally Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (not essential)
  • A well‑organised, self‑motivated approach
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on‑call duties
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

Day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor you’ll be the supportive point of contact for both clients and care staff, spending time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels supported and confident in the care they provide.

Responsibilities

  • Care assessments and reviews
  • Monitor wellbeing and safety
  • Support staff through guidance and regular supervision

Additional duties
