Role Overview

Activities Coordinator at Residential & Nursing Homes in London – Laurel Dene Care Home in Hampton, Agincare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities, games, quizzes, crafts, and one-to-one moments for residents.
  • Organise events such as BBQs and Christmas parties.
  • Arrange visits from entertainers and local businesses.
  • Support movement and independence through fun physical activities.
  • Lead social outings and in‑home activities for all abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in an activities or similar role is essential.
  • Warm, creative, and people‑focused personality.
  • Capacity to work flexible schedules, including alternate weekends.
  • Working Hours & Schedule

37.5 hours per week, shift 9am‑5pm (flexible working pattern required).
