We are seeking an experienced care professional to provide person‑centred care for residents at Fulford Care Home in Littlehampton.

Responsibilities

  • Person‑centred care – ensure residents receive bathing, dressing, oral care and support independence and choice.
  • Care reviews – contribute to and conduct care reviews so resident plans reflect their needs.
  • Medication – administer residents’ medication safely, in a supportive and compliant manner.
  • Social activity – lead and participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
  • Leadership – support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development; may lead the home in the absence of senior managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of right to work in the UK.
  • Available to work 42 hours per week.
  • Experience in a care‑home or similar setting is preferred.
