Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
- Valid, in‑date NMC PIN without restrictions
- Evidence of recent clinical CPD
- Experience in a care home setting (preferred but not essential)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care in line with individual care plans
- Collaborate with care home management, families, social workers, medical professionals and residents to ensure care meets specific needs and recommend changes as required
- Administer and record medication safely, following company policies
- Monitor resident nutrition and hydration, updating nutrition plans when needed
- Watch for risks related to pressure wounds and variations in bowel and bladder functions
- Participate in and promote resident activities
