Every day, you'll help people live independently and with dignity in their own homes. Whether you're supporting personal care, assisting with daily routines, or simply sharing a friendly conversation, you'll provide more than care, you'll provide companionship and reassurance.

About the role

  • Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
  • Support and mentor new members of the care team.
  • Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain care standards.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families.

What you will bring

  • Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
  • A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
  • Flexible shifts between 7am - 10pm and alternating weekends
  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work - we currently cannot offer sponsorship
