About the role
- Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
- Support and mentor new members of the care team.
- Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain care standards.
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
What you will bring
- Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
- A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
- Flexible shifts between 7am - 10pm and alternating weekends
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work - we currently cannot offer sponsorship
