Agincare is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Hazlemere Lodge in Buckinghamshire. This role is ideal for someone new to care or looking for a new challenge away from hospitality and retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communal cleaning – keep communal areas clean and safe for residents and staff.
  • Domestic tasks – dust, polish, vacuum residents’ bedrooms thoroughly, ensuring proper signage when required.
  • Collaboration – work closely with the home management team to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Companionship – provide support, communication and engagement to residents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 months in the UK and right to work.
  • 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Experience in a senior housekeeper role.
