Agincare is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Hazlemere Lodge in Buckinghamshire. This role is ideal for someone new to care or looking for a new challenge away from hospitality and retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communal cleaning – keep communal areas clean and safe for residents and staff.
- Domestic tasks – dust, polish, vacuum residents’ bedrooms thoroughly, ensuring proper signage when required.
- Collaboration – work closely with the home management team to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Companionship – provide support, communication and engagement to residents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 months in the UK and right to work.
- 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
- Experience leading a team.
- Experience in a senior housekeeper role.
