Agincare Weymouth is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader at Laurel Dene to lead a dedicated team, deliver high-quality care, and support residents to thrive in a safe, welcoming home.

You will oversee medication administration, plan activities, and work with families and healthcare professionals. The role is 36 hours a week, day shifts, with alternate weekends. Training opportunities up to QCF Level 5 and a pension scheme are offered.
