Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Learning and Development Coach to support and inspire apprentices on their learning journey. You’ll manage a caseload, delivering engaging teaching, coaching and assessment to develop skills and behaviours required by apprenticeship standards.
Remote role with some travel to deliver in person training at patch offices and homes. You’ll monitor progress, deliver functional skills and sector-specific training, and champion safeguarding and learner wellbeing
