About the Role: Field Care Supervisor – working in Devon & Cornwall.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff.
- Monitor and check the health and well‑being of clients and staff through face‑to‑face visits, telephone calls and care record reviews.
- Conduct assessments and re‑assessments of care needs, and risk‑manage clients to ensure care plans are person‑centred.
- Safeguard clients against the risk of abuse and ensure staff receive appropriate training and support.
- Provide regular supervision and reviews with team members to assess competency and promote personal development.
- Manage on‑call responsibilities, including occasional weekend work.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level.
- Well‑organised and self‑motivated.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 05:00pm.
