Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care, including bathing, dressing, oral care, respecting residents' preferences and rights.
- Contribute to and carry out care reviews with residents, ensuring care plans reflect needs.
- Administer residents' medication safely and in compliance.
- Lead and participate in social activities, trips, and engagements within the home.
- Support new starters or existing staff through shadowing and development; may be called on to lead the home otherwise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.
- NVQ Level 2 (Health and Social Care) qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 (Health and Social Care) qualification or currently working towards it.
- Work 30 hours per week (mixture of 6‑ and 12‑hour shifts).
- Required to work alternate weekends.
