The role of a Care Assistant
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
- Assist with medication administration and recording.
- Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
- Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
- Help enrich residents’ lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
- Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
About you
